Laser (Lifting)
- - Moisture your skin with hydrating creams, mask packs, etc. to prevent dryness.

Thread Lifting
- - Refrain from alcohol, smoking, heavy exercise, saunas, Korean dry sauna, and other activities that irritate the treatment area for 2 weeks.
- - Avoid overactivity and take any prescribed medications, such as antibiotics and anti-inflammatory painkillers as instructed.
- - Apply a cold compress, such as an ice pack wrapped in a towel, for 5 minutes often for 48 hours after the procedure, and warm compresses for 4 days afterwards. This will help with post-procedure discomfort.
- - Avoid eating tough, hard foods for 2-3 days, and avoid yawning or opening your mouth wide for 4 weeks. You can start applying pressure to your face, such as meridian massage, after 3 months.
- - In very rare cases you may experience persistent severe pain and heat, or blisters and colour changes in parts of your skin. If so, you should contect and visit us without delay for appropriate treatment.

Acne After-care (Extrusion / Inflammatory Injections)
- - If a large amount of extrusion has been done, avoid harsh cleansing or skin irritation on the same day.

- - Keep applying the madescent regenerative tape (such as Duoderm) until the treatment area is free of oozing fluid (approximately 2 weeks). Contaminated or less absorbent should be replaced at appropriate intervals.
